What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged on request, subject to availability.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards and mobile money (M-Pesa). Once you submit your request, our reservations team will confirm availability and share payment details with you.
Can I cancel or change my dates?
Yes — contact our reception directly by phone and we'll help adjust or cancel your reservation.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is not included by default but can be added on request — mention it in the form or ask our team on arrival.
